Hey everyone!
I don't have to much time to write today. But what I'm going to write about is the temple. Today was our pday and we chose to go to the temple. My thoughts are these...
The scriptures tell us to be in the world but not of the world. Today I learned how true that was. Being in the temple and visiting there gives you such a spiritual high. What I experienced today was when I was in the temple I didn't worry about anything outside, the people, or the things of the world. When I left the temple it was like a wrecking ball breaking into my thoughts. The sadness and iniquity and misery of this world is overwhelming at times. But, life can also be beautiful if we keep the gospel in our lives. That is the difference between being in the world and of the world. We need to focus on the spiritual things of life and not about the things that wont be coming with us to heaven after this life. This church and this gospel are true and I know it with a surety because of the fact that I am here on a mission.
anyway love you guys!!!
PS I don't have much time to write about my great gma but I'll write about her next week. She passed away this week and it was kind of a punch in the face for me. But she's with our family and with our father in heaven.[In response to some questions from mom]
